Prairie Sky College hosted in Indigenous Cultural Arts Competition on Thursday, a celebration of Indigenous heritage and practices with pow-wow dancing, subject video games and an exhibition of pupil artwork.
The celebration occurred in Kinsmen Park, the place Prairie Sky college students loved all the thrill of drumming, singing and dancing.
Dakota/Lakota artist, Holly Yuzicapi believes artwork creates an area for conversations to occur. A few of these dialogues give attention to residential colleges.
